NFPA 70-2005
------------

I found the following fire alarm relevant changes to the NEC during a
quick review:

760.3(A) Abandoned cable not permitted to remain versus the 2002
language requiring abandoned cable to be removed.

760.8 Mechanical Execution of Work moved from 760.6.

760.25 Non-power-limited wiring methods are required to comply with,
among others, 300-11 versus 300-11(A) securing and supporting. The
entire article 300-11 versus just part (A).

760-52 Power-limited wiring methods are required to comply with
*either* 760.25 non-power-limited wiring methods from chapter 3 *or*
power-limited wiring methods found within article 760 part III. The
change allows combinations of the two within the same system.

760.56(D) Audio System Circuits installed in accordance with 650.9(C)
Elevators, are not permitted to commingle with power-limited circuit
conductors.

There are additional administrative changes and a few new definitions.
