Licensing Requirements in Oklahoma

TITLE 310:205 OKLAHOMA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
310:205-3-4. Fire alarm license requirements
Licensing requirements for the fire alarm industry are as follows:
(2) Manager.
(G) An applicant for initial licensure as, or renewal of, an unlimited, fire alarm manager license shall submit proof of NICET II or NBFAA Level IIB certification or certification by another organization that offers national certification to individuals in the fire alarm industry in accordance with subsection 310:205-3-2(f) of this Chapter.
(3) Technician.
(I) Beginning July 1, 2000, an applicant for an initial unlimited technician license, or an applicant for renewal of an unlimited technician license, may be issued an unlimited technician license after successful completion of the appropriate technician examination and submission of proof of NICET II certification, proof of NBFAA Level II Fire, Controls and Electronics certification or proof of certification by another organization which offers national certification to individuals in the fire alarm industry in accordance with subsection 310:205-3-2(f) of this Chapter.
