34004 DESCRIPTION
Maintain a fire alarm system. Know the tests and inspections that identify components that have become undependable or inoperative. Know which components are field serviceable. Know methods of cleaning, checking, operating, and adjusting the system and its components to keep the system in an operative condition. (NFPA 72 and electrical textbooks)
